Yuktra AI delivers only digital services—live online sessions, AI consulting, and access links. No physical shipping is involved.
1. Nature of Delivery
All offerings are digital. There is no physical dispatch or shipping of goods from Yuktra AI.
2. Access & Communication
After successful payment, session details and joining instructions are sent to the registered email (and WhatsApp, if provided) within a short time frame—typically within minutes and up to 24 hours.
For live sessions, the meeting link and schedule will be shared ahead of the session via email using the contact details provided during registration.
3. Non-Delivery / Email Not Received
If you do not receive access details, please check spam or junk folders. If you still cannot locate the email, contact support with your payment reference for assistance.
4. Service Timelines
Delivery is considered complete once joining information or digital materials are sent to your registered contact details. Ongoing services follow the timelines communicated in program details or onboarding emails.
