Yuktra AI provides digital services and live online training. We do not offer physical products or shipping of goods.
3. General No-Refund Policy
Payments are generally non-refundable once registration is completed and access or a seat is confirmed. Seats are limited, schedules are fixed, and participants receive access to learning material and communications immediately after enrollment.
4. Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Considered
- If Yuktra AI cancels or reschedules a session and you cannot attend the new date.
- Verified duplicate payments or technical errors in billing.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame, typically 7–10 working days, subject to bank and payment gateway timelines.
5. Rescheduling / Transfer
Instead of a refund, you may request a transfer to a future batch when available. Transfers are subject to seat availability and Yuktra AI approval.
